My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Truce at dusk

I love this video too. At dusk last evening, after a day of constant battles, this little lady appears to decide it's just not worth it, and she'll share the feeder. You can tell the juvie is unconvinced at first...he hovers for a bit, and then finally sinks to the perch. Special moment :-)
