The leaves of my the above tree on my Manhattan terrace are all jagged. Something seems to be eating them mainly at the edges. Even so they are skeletons. A frind of mine saw a black spot (droppings). i was unable to find more. But i did see a small caterpillar crawling along the tiles of our terrace. May be he/she/it is the culprit? Would a Neem spray be appropriate? Please advise me on the right kind of spray.
