My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We are trying to decide whether or not to do an outside spiral staircase. The concern is how narrow they are typically. Who makes this staircase and how narrow is it? Is it suitable for children, pets, and/or clumsy people? :)

    This is a custom iron spiral staircase. It is 6 feet wide. At that width, children, pets, and clumsy people should not have a problem :-)

    Thank you! Are the individual steps the same size or do they taper a bit? That has been a previous problem on spirals.
