We recently completed building our dream home with JK&S. This being our 4th build, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a builder. Not only did they check every one of my boxes but they exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a pleasure to work with John, Dustin and Dan. All worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy every step of the way. Even during a pandemic, we completed on time and stayed on budget due to Kraemer’s outstanding organizational skills and vast resources. Their experience and reputation made what can be a stressful process an enjoyable experience. Their crew guided me through every step to ensure I was well informed before making major decisions and selections. The entire Kraemer team are masters of many trades, including keeping neighborhoods happy during construction and reassuring clients during difficult decision making. There is no question that the subs which they thoughtfully select are top notch and happy to be working on Kraemer projects, which speaks volumes for the integrity of a builder. Kraemer takes pride in every aspect of their projects and it’s reassuring to trust that they never cut corners. I especially appreciated their transparency throughout the entire process. I never once felt like I needed to micro-manage monthly numbers and I am not a person who gains trust easily. I would build again with JK&S in a minute and I would most definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I will miss seeing these guys on a regular basis!

We recently completed our first ever new construction build with John Kraemer & Sons and couldn't be more pleased with the entire process of building a custom home for our family. They were extremely professional along every step of the way. We were particularly happy with their Job Supervisor (Ryan G.) who coordinated the construction in the field, he treated the house like it was his own and would never cut corners, even if it meant having to re-do something. Their entire process was open book and they got multiple bids for all subcontracts. They were honest at every step of the way and we trusted them to perform on time, on schedule, and on budget. If we ever build again we will be using John Kraemer & Sons.

We chose the John Kraemer & Sons team as our builder because of three main factors 1) attention to the quality of the most minutia of details 2) ability to understand and be candid yet creative within our budget constraints and 3) they are good humans. Let me rephrase: they are great humans. We were able to start our build process thousands of miles away as we were going through a cross-country move with a toddler and one on the way. The team was warm, available, organized and even-keeled; all descriptors that were very much appreciated and needed during the stressors of a large life transition. During the build process, the team was thoughtful and solution-oriented in getting us the end product that we were dreaming of, and more. They allowed us to be as involved as we preferred or could be, which often times varied based upon the week. We grew to have, and of course still maintain, an innate trust of the team's judgment and execution. Working with the JKS team gave us peace of mind as we went through the largest monetary and future life investment we'd ever been a part of: building our dream home. I've said this before and I will say it again, if I could build a house with the JKS team every year, I would do it in a heartbeat. The JKS team was our unwavering advocate throughout the entire build process, and I'm so glad that I can now be theirs.

John Kraemer and Sons have a great reputation and are committed to upholding it. They perform quality work and we have been extremely satisfied with our project start to finish. They were not our lowest bid, but we certainly feel we got what we paid for in the best way possible. We will definitely hire them again if we ever remodel or build again.

We also had our own Senior Project Manager managing all of our bids & client driven change orders. The awesome thing about building with JK&S is that we had so many 'specialist' trades involved and vested in our project. From our hand framers, to the father son carpenters that spent weeks onsite building our staircase piece by piece, to the cabinet maker who met with us numerous times around our work schedules to discuss various interior cabinetry design elevation. We could go on and on. The JK&S trades that worked on our home were true trades with passion for their craft, and uncompromised in the quality execution of their work. The consistent client-centric tone, patience, and attitude from JK&S, from start to finish, was always enthusiastic and with out best interests first and foremost. When working through our dream house designs and budget realities and challenges, John Kraemer personally worked with our architect and us to value engineer different areas of our plan, and rebid where appropriate to ensure we could achieve our dream plans within our budget. A unique and admirable aspect of JK&S is their transparency - not only do they leverage significant economies of scale based on the volume of work they do, they pass along ALL this value to their clients for open book review. Since moving into our home my wife is always saying, "I love our home!!". We put so much thought into every aspect of our home and John Kraemer & Sons surrounded us with the critical thinkers, designers, and skilled trades needed to deliver the level of detail and quality we desired.
