My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

And they are starting to get insistent when the feeder needs changing. This one kept coming to the window to chatter at me for not running off all the yellow jackets from the feeder when I refilled it. You can see him/her (who knows how to tell?) eyeballing them in the last shot before peeling off the perch and diving for the goodies.

Hey dude! Did you SEE the size of those things???

What if I get stung?!?!?

Alright....cover me. I'm going in.
