I was searching around on the internet for a tree that would attract hummingbirds and i came across one called Robinia pseudoacacia 'Purple Robe'. The flowers hang in clusters and almost look like orchids when they bloom, iam sure its a hummingbird plant. I found it on Stark Brothers nursery website under shade trees incase your interested.
