I like that type of feeder, too. I think the birds like being able to sit and eat, and it gives me a better chance to see them. They'll actually relax, fluff out their feathers, and clean themselves. Too cute !

Hello! fellow hoosier-- Very nice pics, I too agree nice to see them roost as mine have done all summer. Cant imagine them not perching as some have mentioned. I havent had any visitors since 9-20 glad there are some still in the state. By the way both my parents were raised in southern Indy. ---Steve
