My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

did not realize these were hard to grow

Impatiens self seed here and come back every year. Is it just that the different ones are harder to grow?

I saved a plant from last year and seedlings have come up in the pot. No warming mat etc
