Hello Everyone. Let me introduce myself. I am the administrator for the World of Hummingbirds .com and we need your help.

If anyone has tried to look at hummingbirdÂs habitat maps, you may have noticed that the information was a bit fuzzy and quite possibly out of date. Therefore, we have been working with Google Earth and Google Maps to deploy a new feature to our website that will help identify the true hummingbird habitats by utilizing the publicÂs information.

We are seeking information about what types or species of hummingbirds live in your areas. This information will be stored in a Google Earth and Google Map database for easier hummingbird identification for both the scientific community as well as other back yard hummingbird enthusiasts to gain valuable knowledge and information.

Please let us know what hummingbirds you have in your area by going to www.worldofhummingbirds.com/habitats.php and click on the "Report Your Hummingbird Types" link on the left side of the screen.
