Yes, where do you live?

I live in middle Tennessee.

Hello hooked_on_lights,
I know of three magazines, 2 in the US and one in Australia. They are:

The Growing Edge
For some reason this forum has blocked any links to the site, but it's easy to look up (I'm guessing it's because of competition) .

Maximum Yield
(http://www.maximumyield.com)

And in Australia:
Practical Hydroponics (http://www.hydroponics.com.au/)
This magazine is more geared to the commercial hydroponic industry. You can get a lot of good information from the website, but probably would not be worth ordering overseas. That's why I asked where you live.

What the hell? The growing edge is one of the better ones out there. This site gets worse and worse. They actually ask you not to even mention them on this site! They cite spam as the reason, but I don't recall ever seeing spam from them. Apparently it's okay if you're Advanced Nutrients, huh?

Maximum Yield, unfortunately, is an advertisement with a lot of pseudoscience articles, but sometimes has some good stuff. Just make sure to verify anything you read in it.

I can send you a couple of old copies of The Growing Edge if you'd like to check it out. shoot me a private email with an addy.

Joe, witch authors are you referring to about Maximum Yield? I like to check out the article archives (by author) and if I'm unfamiliar with them I look for there bio's and background before considering what they wright. I have found some are directly from product manufactures, but most seem to have good credentials, and well educated in the field they are writing in.

@Cliff... I agree with homehydro on Practical Hydroponics (http://www.hydroponics.com.au/)

Urban Garden Magazine is also a great mag and you can find it for $7 at Barnes & Noble or free at most Hydro shops in the US.
