Without a doubt, they are one of my favorites. Nice people --great assortment. And probably the nicest selection of trees in the QCA. And at reasonable prices.

I'm only about an hour from QC. Can you give me directions on how to get there? My neighbor and I like to road trip to different nurseries.

Yea -- its very easy --- if you are coming from Iowa take I-80 to I-280 and cross the Mississippi. Then go about 5 miles to I-74, take that exit and go toward the airport. You will be going south. You will come to a T-intersection -- the airport is to your right. You want to turn left. You are on Rt6/rt 150. Go approx 1/2 mile and Rt 150 turns right (toward Orion). Follow Rt 150 and drive about a mile --the CornCrib is on the right side. If you got to Coal Valley --you've gone too far.

Have fun --this is a family run operation that knows what they are doing.

But, hey, you might as well visit Coal Valley Market then--very nice annuals and perennials :)))

The Corn Crib is on my annual 'must visit' list. Very, very nice quality landscaping stock from a serious grower. I have a row of mugo pines I planted 20 years ago which came from their nursery. The owner told me they were from their own field grown stock. (That being said, they do not have 'display gardens'.)

Definitely worth checking out.
