If you aren't into chemistry, I would suggest picking up a small container of powdered nutrient mix that you simply measure by the tsp or fraction there-of and mix with gallons of water. If you have any hydroponics retailers near you, it shouldn't be too $$. I personally bought the cheapest basic stuff there was and have been growing salads and a few other things since October and I still have 1/3 of the package I bought for just under $13 dollars.

Granted if you still have the materials to mix your own left from last year, then do a little more searching and perhaps you will find a recipie that uses what you have. Did you get the recipie from hydroponics online?

Good luck

Yes, the recipe is from Hydroponics online. Here it is:

Measurements are per gallon of water.
1 teaspoon Miracle-Gro for Tomatoes.
1/4 teaspoon of Epson salt.
1/4 teaspoon of calcium chloride.

Anyone in Louisiana growing Hydroponic tomatoes? What "species" of tomatoes grow best here?
