Are the washer and dryer inside of one set of cabinets? I am not seeing them in this picture.

The washer and dryer are through the door on the right side of where you see the photo. So first is the mudroom and then you walk through the door and there are cabinets with a laundry sink on the left and a washer/dryer with a hanging bar on the right.

You have done a super job, we all like it. What do you recommend for dirty / wet shoes / boots, do you prefer them directly (on mats..) on the floor under benches, if done again - would you put a shelf there for them ?

What we recommend depending on the season would be floor mats for wet dirty boots, shoes, etc. Sometime we will put a shelf in but then again you will have dirt on them and will more upkeep on keeping those shelves clean. In the summer the shelves would be great for flip flops and sandals and then in winter you could take out the shelves for taller boots, etc.
