My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I had a bummper harvest of Argonaut squash. The cylindrical fruits are over 28 inches and weigh over 30 pounds. They are similar to the Waltham butternut. They are a bit watery. Is there a way to cook them to reduce the moisture content?
You can peel, then slice these and bake in a single layer on a buttered pan (I use a couple cookie sheets) in a moderate oven, about 10-15 minutes per side depending on your pan and your oven. If you butter and season with salt/pepper or brown sugar, put that on before baking.
Roasting them with the cut side up usually does the trick also.
