My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Hi Iris Gal. I planted the seed in the fall of 05 in one gallon pots. Got near 100% germination in spring of 06, when I should have lined them out, but was busy moving. I moved 3 pots each with about 10 seedlings to my new house. Finally got to put them in the ground in late April of 07. The seedlings sat in crowded pots for a year! To my amazement, I lost nearly none, and most bloomed the following spring, 08. They have grown like weeds here in zone 16. I just thinned my beds and gave away about half. I'm sure you could grow them easily if you are not too far inland. Anne
