The fall rim looks pale yellow to me. Amazing how the pale yellow nastursiums enhance the entire iris.

Are the falls more brown or maroon? Or it is one of those that looks differently shaded?

I Love It in your garden.

That is one that just moved higher on my wish list! Great picture! It looks beautiful with your nasturtiums

Wow! I too like it with the nasturtiums; beautiful combo!

It's a very pretty burgundy color to my eyes, and yes, the falls are rimmed in ruffly butter yellow. The standards don't look as dominating in the garden.
Eventually I want a small clump on each side of the Henry Fonda rose to go with the burgundy pelargoniums.

Everything looks so beautiful together - great iris.

I found seeds for Renee's daisies, if anyone's looking for them. Chrysanthemum paludosum (creeping daisy) wildflower seeds, 1 oz for $5, plus $2 to ship, at Everwilde Farms, www.everwilde.com.

Oh cr*p, I have billions of seeds. I can send you some if you need any more, just email me. You just pull the heads off after the bloom and throw them on the ground wherever you want them, and you will have them every year.

Wow! Another one to get.... It's gorgeous!
