My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I grew some last year and it grew great. I used the kratky method of lava rocks in the bottom of a 2 inch net cut and then vermiculite on top and put the seeds in the vermiculite. Does anybody have any better ways?
