Fertilizing Japanese Iris's

I am a newbie to gardening. But I planted 5 Variegated Japanese Iris's last year and they're popping back up this spring!

I've been reading about fertilizers that are best for them and read a 6-10-10 NPK ratio is best. I've looked everywhere and can't find anything low in nitrogen. Can anyone recommend a specific brand? Thanks!
