You can see a Trident Maple (Acer buergerianum) at the link below. As the name implies, the leaves have three divisions. It does not look at all like yours. Yours looks like a typical plain green Japanese maple - Acer palmatum.

It has been identified as Acer palmatum. The foliage is like that of a typical wild type seedling.
