My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Good Iris Vendors

I love Schreiner's and Cooley's. But Cooley's is now out of business. Any other good iris vendors to recommend?

I'm not so much into purchasing the vendors own introductions. I'm more interested in being able to find some of the award winning iris. Particularly Dyke's Medal Winners, or Award of Merit Winners....of maybe the last ten to twenty years.
