The 3rd one might be Wabash, but I wouldn't swear to it.

Billy

It sure does look like Wabash. Thanks for that one.

Now for the other two.

Yhe second one looks like HONORABLE; the first one 'might' be Florentina' based on your description that it is 'pale blue'.

The first is definitely my idea of a true Florentina. The second is similar to Gracchus - but instead of the falls having purple, it is bricky red instead. These historical varieties go back to the late 1800s. They have morphed many times in 120 years! So it is hard to be accurate. I am not sure about the third, though it is very pretty.

After looking at many pictures I've decided that these iris are:
Florentina, Honorabile and Wabash. Thanks to those who suggested these answers.

I had a tough time with Honorabile because the original suggestion by njiris was Honorable (different spelling and a totally different looking plant).

Before tagging any unknown iris with any name, and CERTAINLY before distributing or sharing any of these irises under registered names with any other person, please read the article linked below.

Sorry about that misspelling. I meant HONORABILE not HONORABLE.

I agree with Florentina, Honorabile, and Wabash too.

Mike

Sirto, I to believe the third one is Wabash. There is a Wabash lookalike but it does not have purple base foliage. If yours has PBF you have the true Wabash registered by Williamson in 1936. Won the Dykes Metal 1940. In my opinion this is one of the best iris of all time.
