Hydro Flowers

My wife wants me to grow some flowers this fall and winter in my hydro unit. I have never grown flowers in hydro. Which varieties will do well in hydro? I am growing under a 400w mh/hps, drip system with hydroton and GH nutes. I have grown veggies and herbs with success, but I have never tried flowers.

Any ideas, links, references appreciated.

You do realize that most veggies and herbs are flowers too.
You could try something that is not only pretty but eddible too. Pansy, viola, violets, and nasturtium are pretty and eddible. You may need to do a little searching to find out what nutrient and pH ranges different flowers like but it shouldn't be any harder to grow most annual flowers than in is to grow veggies.
