Try applying a paste of Oxyclean. Oxyclean is expensive but worth it.

Peroxide will remove lots of stains, even dried blood.

Use bleach only if your tablecloths isn't really valuable. Bleach is usually too strong and it can even cause tiny holes where it weakens the fibers. Choose a gentle stain remover instead ... in other words, soak it longer rather than go for a quick fix. I bought Mama's Miracle Linen Soak on Amazon.
