Yeah...I ordered a hydroponic system off of their website only to find that they charged my account twice. Upon trying to contact them about this, I found that there was absolutely no way to get in touch with anybody affiliated with the company. Then I looked up the website on google and found others that had already been ripped off...

I understand your frustration, but this kind of thing has happened to me half-a-dozen-times. Takes some time to sort out, but I usually get a credit note.

Looked up the website but can't find any adverse info. Can you give me the links?
