Hello.

I bought two "named irises" at such a good price off ebay early last year as I was just developing an interest in irises and stupidly didn't think to even substanciate that they really were named cultivars. I can't find them on the Hortiplex listings of Garden Web. Is there another database online or has anyone heard of such cultivars as...

Almost Black

Popcorn (white with purple edging)?

I am asking so I never pass off these iris as being "named" when they are not (a mortal sin in gardening I should think).

Thank you for your knowledge and time spent in answering.
