On a couple of my bearded iris, the foliage looks real bad --- pale with rust spots and streaks. Is that from frost or is it that iris disease?

If it is the disease, I will immediately pull them out before it spreads to the others. We have had a way too wet couple of weeks and I can see damage from water-logged roots in some things. Could that be the problem?
