those are Siberian iris? Really? They look huge! All I have are Caesar's brother & the old Butter & Sugar, the flowers look tiny compared to yours. Very pretty! I've never gotten into Siberian iris much, but yours are very pretty.

Lucy Locket is quite small, the others are pretty big. I have an old fashioned kind also and the flowers are not as large as the modern tets, Dips are much smaller. I prefer the tets.

Lovely! You have made an Iris Fan outta me! I am happy to say that it is a good iris year this year for me and will have a bunch of blooms...from ones I have been waiting a few yrs to bloom now...it will be nice to see what has survived/thrived me!

Try ENSATA IRIS GARDENS and Fieldstone Gardens. My Suberians came from both places.

Caesars brother is a VERY old variety and probably the most common Siberian Iris out there. I bet that is the only one your landscaper knows about or can get locally therefore that is what they recommend.
