iris id for very BLUE late tall iris

I have lots of iris, this one is very BLUE, especially compared with my other purples.

It is also the LAST of my tall bearded to bloom, and lasts for a few days more when the rest are done blooming.

It is also just a bit taller than average.

I've tried googling the tags I have.

I have tags for ship shape (this seems too ruffly) victoria falls (this doesn't have that white glow around beard)

full tide (this seems darker)

could be one for which the tag is forever lost

But I know google is not as good as someone with a keen eye.

I appreciate if anyone might recognize this from their garden, especially with it always blooming just a bit later than the crowd.

YEs! Blue suede shoes! Not only do the descriptions say that it is a little tall and blooms a bit late, but I remember the name! I bought it from an iris farm. Sometimes I just need my memory jogged.

Prince of TIdes also sounds familiar and is like a another noid iris. Guess I have to post again with that one to see.

I have this same one and I am tickled I possibly have a name. Is yours a prolific producer? Mine just goes crazy. If so I think it is the same one. Starts out really blue and sort of fades a little into a lighter shade. Just love it. I pared it with northwest progress and royal intrigue. Gorgeous!

Or is it perhaps an Iris pallida?
