Tall bearded irises require a minimum of 6 hrs of direct sunlight a day in order to bloom decently (or perhaps at all). You should move your irises into a sunnier location to optimize bloom. Also, it's not at all uncommon for irises to take a year or more to settle into a new location before resuming a regular bloom cycle. I've had irises take as long as 7 yrs after planting before offering me their first bloom, but that's an exceptionally long "settling in" period.
