I went to look at lights thinking I had it all under control and the salesperson said they are phasing out T12 and going to T8 (which are a smaller bulb) but don't make the fixtures compatible to the new bulbs? I feel like I am back to the beginning of "huh?". I don't want to buy something that will be useless in say two years. Thanks for any help and sorry if I have all my information wrong (ie sizes, fixtures, etc.)
