My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mislabeled, but nice violet plicata

It would seem I have an endless supply of nameless iris.. but really, the percentage is small..
This is one that I got at the Monterey Bay iris sale this past summer. It was labeled as New Day Dawning, which it clearly is not. It's first year's bloom, was fairly short at about 18", but I'm not sure if it's an IB..
It's similar to Epicenter.. but different..

Any ideas?
