Eating Raw Beans?

A few days ago I wrote here that I'd never grown any legumes. That was not correct. Back in 1981 I grew Sugar Snap peas. We never did cook one Sugar Snap. Me and my neighbor ate every pod raw, right off the vine.

Several of my grandchildren love raw vegetables like squash, cauliflower, broccoli, and even raw shallots. I also love raw vegetables.

These are the beans/peas that I am planting right now. Are any of these considered good for eating raw? What beans would be better?

Kentucky Wonder
Grandma Robinson Tri-Color (ordering these soon)
Emerite (ordering soon)
Dragon Langerie
two different Yardlongs
Rattlesnake (ordering soon)
An old packet of seed from Bountiful Gardens simply labled "Pole Bean Romano".
And a small pea/bean sent in a trade labled India bean Brigette (don't have a clue what this is)
