You can keep them in peat moss for a little while, but you'll need to provide drainage as peat moss holds a lot of water and Lilies require adequate drainage.

'Menoraca' appears to be a LA Hybrid. It is a cross between the Easter Lily (Lilium longiflorum) and the early blooming Asiatic types.

They all easy to grow just as long as they have a good soil medium with adequate drainage!

So should i wait until they break the soil then transplant them into a better soil medium?

Also does menorca have a scent to its flowers?

Plant them before new roots form and are fully developed.

Some LA's have a fragrance, but if they do, it's usually very very faint.

In addition to not draining well, pure peat moss is poor in nutrients and too acidic for most plants. I agree with azngrnthumbs, replant them now.
