Several years ago I purchased a Siberian Iris (sorry I don't know the exact name). I've planted it in two different spots, with different soils and levels of sun, trying to coax it to flower.

Last year it had about 2 flowers, this year nothing.

It's big, looks healthy, but just won't bloom.

I've never had this problem with irises before.

Any suggestions?
