Question about fertilizing

About two weeks ago, I planted 13 Oriental lily bulbs and all thirteen have broken ground as of today (I've been checking carefully every day to see if they all would come up!). When I planted the bulbs, I amended the soil around them and covered them with a mixture of potting soil, compost (I have a tremendous composting area in the back of my yard), and some soil native to the planting area. The potting soil/compost mixture had Osmocote added (I added the amount specified on the Osmocote bag). Because I already had this potting soil/compost "mixture" prepared, I used it.

My question is whether or not I need to fertilize additionally even though I had included the Osmocote when I planted the bulbs. I keep reading via searches that it's good to fertilize as they break ground, but since the Osmocote is a slow-release fertilizer I'm afraid adding anything else would be too much.

I also am curious as to whether or not I need to add any lime or perhaps Epsom salts to the area where my lilies are planted. My soil is more on the acid side here in NC.

Any opinions/input appreciated!

Bethany
