Today I found small round black "eggs" on my asiatic lilies stens and leaves..... They are not the seeds ( I know what those look like), are not red beetle larvae (seen that too) and not the larvae poop ( too familiar with that !)....I gave the lilies a forceful spray of water and most of the things fell off but can anyone tell me what insect has left these and if Neem or Safers is better to use than the method I used...
