New to beans need advice

I got a craving to grow Limas and planted seeds June 7 (fordhooks). I have never seen anything germinate so quickly. They are now transplanted. I put 4 of the seedlings (BIG babies) in a 5 gallon container - they're about 10" tall!

Knowing nothing about beans except what the Burpee's label says and what I have read here, will 4 plants be enough to feed 2 people beans for awhile?

And what can I expect, generally i.e, do they flower, how tall with they get, will they need support (staking)? These are bush beans (that's probably obvious to you knowledgeable bean people?). Most importantly, will they REALLY take 75 days? I am in a HOT area, central NC. (I am thankful for the State Farmer's Market 8 miles from house, but they really charge a lot for those fresh beans although it's amazing the "bean frenzy" when the beans come in!)
