I have Tiny Hope Lillies that came up nicely this year and a TON of rabbits in my yard -- they surprisingly have not touched them.

I do have a cinnamon spray I use on plants that I think they like.

Toxic to rabbits? Heck no! Rabbits love lilies. And, 10,000 rabbits can't be wrong! Lily leaves can be toxic to cats, however. There are documented cases of that but as a rule, cats seem to instinctively avoid chewing on lily leaves.
