I am looking to green up a shady area near my pool. The portion that gets plenty of light through the railing is abundantly green, but the area below the deck which only get 2 hours is foliage free. I thought of grow lights to augment the light but I need help as it is an exterior project and I am an extreme novice. Do they make exterior bulbs? How close to the plant do they have to be? Is reflection an option? How many hours, etc., etc. Any help appreciated.
