Hi, I have the same problems with my lilies. I thought it was too much water, powdery mildew , overcrowding. I haven't figured it out myself. I am beginning to think it is the "nature of the beast". When mine get to that point I just cut them down or pull out the non producing ones. I think that is why they suggest planting lilies behind other flowers so they can hide the "bare legs".
