Yes, I received a reply in response to a technical question on one of their offerings... but it was a long time coming. Keep in mind, they are a non-profit first & foremost, not a seed company. The seed sales are just part of their fund raising.

But having said that, I must comment that I am personally very happy with them. They offer things that are very hard to find elsewhere, such as Moringa (for which I consider them to be the best source), pigeon pea, and winged bean. They are consistently one of the fastest orders I receive, usually 3-4 days after ordering by phone... and phone contact is what I would recommend. Use the number they list for the Bookstore.

I know they're non-profit and all, but you would think they could find the time to respond in a year... I assumed that they only deal with groups and not with individuals.

But after more research, I've discovered that the one short-duration Pigeon Pea variety they offer still isn't suitable for my climate. I really need an Extra-Short-Duration variety. I have an email into the hort dept of the U of MN, that did some previous work with this type.
