Hello! My big passion is growing roses, and this is my first time venturing into the iris forum. I do grow iris but this is the first year I've divded them (about 2 years after I should have!). So I have a couple of questions pertaining to this:

1) Will they bloom this following spring after being divided and replanted? Most of them have very nice fans of foliage. As I understand it, iris need at least 3 leaves to bloom and mine all have that or more.

2) I broke the old rhizomes off the rhizomes with foliage. If replanted, will they begin growing leaves and blooming again? Many of them had what looked like pretty new and viable roots starting and a couple had what looked like a shoot where a new set of leaves might be developing.
