Yes, that's stargazer. It's not getting enough sun. Mine lean a little, too, but the stems are strong enough to support them, would guess they're about 5'. Mine are probably getting more sun. Orientals and Asiatics really need about as close to full sun as you can manage.

I do have some gigantic 8 footers of Black Beauty? and Red Velvet. Beautiful flowers but too hard to manage. They bend over like that, need longer stakes.
