Are you sure that it's not a rebloomer?

You cannot ID and iris just from a bud but that looks like Eleanor Roosevelt which in my area has only one or two sometimes three buds per stalk. If you can post a photo after it blooms out. Lee Mincy

Well I didn't think it would ever bloom, I think it got a light frost but I brought it in before the hard frost we had. It has a total of four buds.

I've been here for ten years and I've never had a rebloom however the P O was here ten years prior to me and they could have planted some although my neighbor said there was always Iris in the yard since he was a kid and he's 80 now.
Do you think it could be,Eleanor Roosevelt?

Thanks for the ID - Is there anything I can do to get them all to rebloom earlier in the fall or did this November Iris rebloom due to global warming or something?
