first of there is no such thing as global warming.

As for the beans did you inoculate the bean seeds?
Have had your soil tested.
I suggest you try a better variety such as provider.
how did you amend the soil before you planted the bean bed.

Might be the heat, could also be soil moisture too variable. As long as the plants otherwise look healthy, you might get a flush of beans later in the summer when the heat eases.

Next year I suggest you diversify your varieties, i.e., instead of just KW pole, also have some Rattlesnake and/or Kentucky Blue. That way if one variety doesn't like the weather, one of the others might still do something.

Same for bush beans, if you like Nickel, you might also try Maxibel and Jade. And with bush beans you can space out your plantings; sow a new row every few weeks.

Too much nitrogen fertilizer, producing lots of lush growth and no beans?

If it was the heat, you'd think it would depress the plant growth to some extent, too.

But a soil test should show nutrient deficiencies or excesses.
