Here's a suggestion: you might try Tarahumara Pink Green Bean. I got a gallon of dry seed per plant last year. Here's a link to a discussion on it. One of the links there takes you to Native Seeds Search where you can order seed.

I had planned on trying something from Native Seeds since I got some onions from a trade that were on there and they have done well here. Those beans look great, my husband loves pintos so they would probably be perfect! Thanks!

Since I'm making an order to Native Seeds Search, I was looking at the Texas blackeye pole peas. Anyone tried these before? I'm thinking of trying them. We love purple hull peas so I'm wondering how these will stack up in taste and production.

Try Colima Mayo or the speckled version instead. Much better flavor.
