I received a whole wheelbarrow full of various sized (mostly big)bulbs last year...they stayed in my garage until March when my landscaping was finished and then I started placing them out in various places in my flower beds, 99% of them have come up with green (interestingly enough the ones planted in full sun, which were also plantd first...have not flowered yet, even though they were planted way earlier than the ones in the front yard with part sun).

I was told they are tiger lillies, (and I'm not too experienced in general with lillies, but I dont think so. They almost look like an amarylis....they are quite pretty

the lady who dug them up for me, said they were all red. And they are all coming in not even close to red, but more dark or hot pink (which is a very nice surprise to me).

Any ideas? I hope my photos are clear enough....
