Pull out beans?

I am a first time gardener so I need some help. I planted these contender beans (two 10 ft rows) at the start of the season. They look yellowish and the production has significantly dropped down. Some beans which the plants are putting out are soft, small and yellow and do not develop to full grown beans. So my question is should I pull them out now? I have seen in another thread here which said cut it down and they will grow back. I am not sure what to do?

Also from these 2 rows I got about 4 lbs of green beans. Is that reasonable or did I do bad?

Thanks
Sam.
