I haven't tried radishes but if the window faces south, you will get enough light for lettuce.

For my green house like that, I moved the middle bar from the last shelf to the centre of the topmost side bars (where the arch fits in - if that makes any sense) then attached a t5 light to the bar.

I also attached some mylar on the inside to not lose any of the light, but I'm growing tomatoes in there so you probably won't need that.
