I planted 3 pole bean types this year: Kentucky Wonder, Blue Lake, and Kentucky Blue. If I wrote down which was which, I can't find it. Maybe you could help me figure this out, please.

supposedly Kentucky Wonder has brown seeds, but none of mine have brown seeds! Hmmmmm??

I had one trellis with beans that grew very early. They were very straight and long and fairly dark. Kentucky Blue? The japanese beetles really loved this one.

The other trellis produced much later, which I'm thinking is Blue Lake FM1, and the beans were more curved and lighter than first bean mentioned.

Let's forget about the 3rd one, as it didn't do well.

I guess I'm just really trying to ID the ones that were early, straight and darker, since I loved them.

Do those sound like Kentucky blue? If I didn't get them picked in time, some of them got up to about 9-10" and were still straight.

Any ideas?
